# Terms of Service

These terms apply to any service you book from PG1 Aircond ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging us for aircon chemical wash, repair, installation, or related work, you agree to these terms.

## Quotes

All quotes are based on the information you give us and any visible diagnosis we can do during the site visit. If we find a hidden fault that materially changes the scope of work, we will pause, re-quote, and only proceed with your approval.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise in writing.

## Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed a payment schedule for larger commercial jobs. We accept cash, bank transfer, online banking, and e-wallet.

For installations, a deposit may be required to secure the unit and slot — typically 50% of the total. The balance is due on completion.

## Our 100% satisfaction guarantee

We back every service with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If the work is not done to the standard we promised, tell us within 7 days and we will return to put it right at no extra cost.

The guarantee covers the work we did. It does not cover unrelated faults that develop later (for example, a compressor that fails 6 months after a chemical wash on a 12-year-old unit) or faults caused by use, neglect, or third-party work between visits.

## Workmanship warranty (installations)

New installations carry a workmanship warranty for the period we state on the quote (typically 1 year). The unit's own manufacturer warranty is separate — we'll register it and help you claim if needed.

## Access & safety

You agree to give us safe access to the unit at the agreed time. If we arrive and cannot start work (no access, blocked unit, unsafe conditions), a call-out fee may apply.

For coastal or high-rise jobs that require additional safety equipment, we will agree the scope with you in writing first.

## Cancellations

Cancellations more than 24 hours before the booked slot are free. Same-day cancellations may incur a call-out fee if we have already dispatched a technician.

## Limitation of liability

We do not accept liability for losses that are not a direct result of our work — for example, indirect or consequential business interruption. Where we are liable for a direct loss, our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the affected job.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for personal injury caused by our negligence or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

## Service availability

We do our best to keep agreed appointment times. If a job overruns or an emergency reroutes our team, we'll WhatsApp you as soon as we know.

## Disputes

If something goes wrong, call us first. We almost always sort issues out directly. If we can't, Malaysian law governs these terms, and disputes are subject to the courts of Penang.

## Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you book is the one that applies to that booking.
