Monsoon-Prep Promo: Book a Chemical Wash Before the Year-End Rush

We’re opening early bookings for our Monsoon-Prep Chemical Wash promo, running 15 June through 31 August 2026. It’s the busiest stretch of the year for aircon service in Penang, so reserve your slot now and lock in service before the year-end rush hits.

What’s the promo

For every chemical wash booked during the promo window:

• RM20 off per unit for single-unit bookings.
• RM40 off per unit for multi-unit households (3+ units).
• Free drainage line flush included in every wash (normally RM50).
• Priority slot booking — first pick of weekday and weekend slots.

The promo applies to standard chemical washes (RM150–200 per unit) and to chemical overhauls (RM250–350) for older or heavily soiled units.

Why we’re running it

Two reasons.

1. To stagger the year-end rush

Every year between October and December, we get hit with a flood of “my aircon stopped cooling” calls. The Penang heat plus humidity plus several months of neglect adds up — and customers find themselves waiting 1–2 weeks for a slot during the worst of the monsoon.

We’d rather serve more customers in advance and have fewer emergency calls in November. So we’re discounting the prep work to encourage early booking.

2. To get more first-time customers through the door

If you’ve been considering a proper chemical wash but kept putting it off, the discounted pricing and free drain flush make this an easy time to try us. We’re confident in the work — once you see what a proper chemical wash does, you’ll be on the regular schedule.

Promo details

Window: 15 June 2026 to 31 August 2026.

Eligible services: Standard chemical wash; chemical overhaul.

Discount:

• 1–2 units in one visit: RM20 off per unit.
• 3+ units in one visit: RM40 off per unit.

Includes (no extra charge):

• Free drainage line pressure flush.
• Filter clean and inspection.
• Cooling-test temperature reading shown to customer.
• Written service record for future reference.

Coverage:

• Penang island: all areas — George Town, Bayan Lepas, Tanjung Bungah, Batu Ferringhi, anywhere we normally serve.
• Mainland: Butterworth, Bagan, Perai, Batu Kawan, Bukit Tengah.

Booking method: WhatsApp to 017-552 3619 with your name, location, and number of units. We’ll confirm the slot.

How to maximise the value

If you want to get the most from the promo:

Combine units in one visit

Don’t book three separate visits over three weeks for three units in the same house. Combine them into one visit — same per-unit work, big saving on the trip overhead, and the 3+ unit discount tier kicks in.

Include a heavily soiled unit if you have one

If you have one unit that’s been making you suspicious (musty smell, weak cooling, water leaks), include it in the booking. The promo applies to chemical overhauls too, so even the more involved fix is discounted.

Get the outdoor inspection done

While we’re on site, ask us to check the outdoor unit visually for damage, salt corrosion, vibration pad wear, debris. No extra charge during the promo visit and we can flag anything that’ll need attention before monsoon.

Why prep matters before the monsoon

Penang’s year-end monsoon brings:

• Sustained high humidity that strains aircons running long hours.
• Power surges from thunderstorms that stress inverter PCBs.
• Peak service demand as people realise their units aren’t keeping up.
• Slower response times at any service company including us.

A properly serviced unit going into monsoon has:

• Clean coils that transfer heat efficiently.
• Flowing drainage so condensate doesn’t back up indoors.
• Confirmed refrigerant pressure without slow leaks compounding.
• Inspected outdoor unit with debris cleared from the fan cage.

The chemical wash addresses all four. Skip it, and you’re rolling the dice on whether your unit makes it through October to January without a problem.

Slots available — book early

We’re capping the promo at 200 unit-slots across June, July, and August. That’s intentional — we want to serve every booking properly, not rush.

If you’re a regular customer on our service rotation, you don’t need to do anything — we’ll apply the promo automatically to bookings in the window.
